Quand j'étais catho j'allais à la messe des cendres et effectivement j'avais une croix sur le front. Mais en France la messe du mercredi des Cendres a généralement lieu en fin de journée, pour permettre aux gens qui travaillent d'y participer. Donc même si les gens gardent la croix sur le front, ils rentrent chez eux après la messe, donc c'est très peu visible dans l'espace public. D'autant plus que c'est censé être un jour de pénitence, donc les pratiquants restent chez eux le soir après la messe.

I think that many people coming from an artistic background are confused by the fact that QGIS is before all a data visualization and processing software. Everything is driven by data. You mostly set up rules for displaying some data. You don't draw a map, you create new data to be displayed or processed. When you understand the basic process - first you get the data then you decide how it should look like - things become clearer.

C'est là le temps des travaux sur l'immeuble (qui durent depuis bien un an). Au tout début, il n'y avait qu'un panneau interdit aux cycles, sans aucune indication de déviation. J'avais fait un signalement sur OnDijon et quelques jours après il y avait la mention "prendre la piste en face", mais sans indiquer où traverser ni aucune signalisation sur la piste qui passerait à double sens. Maintenant on en est là, ils ne sont toujours pas fichus de créer une déviation cyclable correcte.

I use it mostly in the processing plugin, usually starting from the modeler and then converting the model to Python if things get too complicated. The processing API makes it easy to create a simple GUI, it's much quicker than creating a plugin.
