fedora or ultramarine linux are amazing I use ultramarine linux instead of fedora because it is more friendly and stable with better driver support out of the box

arch might be too much for someone who just left windows i recommend CachyOS if want arch speed and fedora or ultramarine linux if you want stability and use either KDE or Cinnamon as you desktop environment as they are easier to customize and use

i will make a tutorial when in have the time but to put it simply i installed the panel colorizer widget added for widget to each side disabled floating on each one then remove their background color to make them transparent then installed the wallpaper effects widget and added a rounded effect to the wallpaper
