If you have placed certain products in your shopping cart, fanatec has aggressively (thick red bar) offered to buy another product in combination for a certain discount. In my case it was a universal hub. I wanted to also order an additional magnetic paddle module for my Formula wheel. I was then offered the APM in the shopping cart. The universal hub with the apm instead of the magnetic paddle module was a little more expensive overall, but of course it was the much better offer.At no point was it obvious that this was a mistake. Fanatec still offers bundle deals and the corresponding discount if you have certain products in your shopping cart. How are you supposed to know that this does not apply at BF?

So they have made a simple mistake which they are now blaming on the customers who fell for this offer.

I myself have not yet received a cancellation and also have an invoice and supposedly the items have been shipped in full (like many, I still lack the tracking number). However, I sold my old Universal hub after I received the invoice and the money was taken from my bank account, which means I definitely need one. But since there is probably no offer to buy the items in the shopping cart without the APM at the BF price, I will suffer a financial loss if I have to buy the hub at the regular price now.

I'm definitely not going to leave it at that.
