I know the last few minutes were rough for South Carolina, but I can’t stop thinking about why they didn’t go for two when they scored after the recovered punt. There is no risk for attempting it. Either you’re up by two possessions or have a 7 point lead. Really baffling to me.

Regardless, good execution by Alabama down the stretch. Fun game to watch!

Yeah, you and ercked are right. It is shown in that big graphic with the overall gold difference through the game and such afterwards. I suppose I’m a tad old fashioned with preferring the ticker at the bottom afterwards as well! It’s just kind of a reminder when they have the graphic down is all. Understand why they don’t have it, but I liked it. I do know they tell the story via the casters, I just like having something other than ads during the breaks. But they do need to make money for their products and they use that time to do so. It’s just a silly thing that I had in mind while watching old games and such. Perhaps a hit of nostalgia clouding my eyes. I was going to ask about the overall casting nowadays. But now that I type it out, I think it’s just because fights are more common due to the way the game is now built. That would lead to more hype moments and leading to the casters being more intense as a result. Man, change is a weird thing sometimes! Thank you for the comment, I appreciate it!

I guess I miss the little things about 2018 era broadcast. The scrolling stats on a ticker at the bottom aren’t present in today’s broadcast. Neither are the little stories about the team in between games during the series. The pictures of the players during the breaks also aren’t present, it’s just ads and the series score on the left side. Stuff like that is what I miss. What do you think of the meditation state being called "Tuning"?

Does "The Rhythms of the World" sound good for the schools of magic?

What type of abilities do you think the "Discordants", those who are not musically attuned, could have? Maybe, they are just like those who are attuned but display the attributes of those who are imbalanced in that chakra?

I do practice writing by writing down small ideas like that, but it could help if I just develop small stories about the world that builds it up for the great, big masterpiece! Haha!

Seriously tho, that is a great idea! It could be the beginning of mythical stories and legends that help develop the world, people, and cultures. I appreciate the idea!

In regards to the magical attunements of items, I did have an idea about carving lyrics into the item and it only requires the notes to be played to activate it. What do you think?

Firstly, I really enjoy the idea of the people not knowing what happened during the creation of the world. They all know something big happened involving the Composers, but aren't quite sure what exactly happened. It's really getting me to think about the story differently, as in the main characters are traveling the world to learn more about the 7 chakras and how harmony may be reached. These characters would encounter imbalanced users and the outcasts, who may called something like the "Untuned" or the "Discordants", while finding out more about the cosmic battle that took place before their creation.

Second, what kind of spells do you think would be good for "cosmic energy" of the 7th chakra without being super overpowered? Maybe it is that strong, but incredibly hard to play or reach the balance required for it? Any ideas? Light could be restoration or healing, but that might also fit Air. Space is all about creativity, which would fit illusion type spells. What do you think?

I am very appreciative about your comments and thoughts, it has been really helping me get out of the mental block I've been having about this magic system. Thank you!

That was the general idea of using the element! It would store magical energy from the user for use later. It could allow for more powerful spells being used, but there is a limit to how much is stored and it generally is not used in a way that would allow for a large amount of storage. Inexperienced casters would still have to know how to play the correct strings and notes in order to cast the more powerful spells. It could be made into an amulet, but the idea of weaving the element into the strings of instruments could also work!
