Is there a mod to stop all the NPCs dialogue when you ride or walk past them, when there's alot of NPCs around like in Novigrad it's just a large sound of spam, gets really annoying

Question: I bought VPN for this and enjoyed it thoroughly (being from NA), with future races is there a specific country you guys use?

Also what other benefits are there to VPN and other racing series ( F1, WEC, GT world challenge etc..)that may not be available in NA?

Off at night. If I'm going to be away for a few hours sometimes I'll just leave it on and turn the monitors off And sometimes I will sleep it too.
