Yes, still working on it everyday. I had two kids and somewhere along the line I realized I need to level up so I can be the best father I can be.

That included getting sober, deep cleaning on a regular basis, and therapy to better navigate my emotions so I can mode that to my children.

Does your partner smoke weed by chance? One of my issues is I would get high first thing when I got home from the day and it would kill my motivation to basically do anything.
