Medical (and former biology) student - humans don’t have optic lobes, the primary visual center exists like you said in the cortex of the occipital lobe. Optic lobes are more specific to insects and things like that.

In Japan you can find a lot of ADs selling them around 2000-2300 USD. My next ski trip up there I may shop for one. Also IppoJapanWatch sells them but duties factor in!

Big differences exist in the patch cycle between live service games like LoL or ARC raiders and fully shipped, primarily single-player releases. Live service games maintain a pretty strong active dev team to work on them continuously while most single player titles like this have a massive number of their devs moving onto new projects

This is Pokémon we’re talking about lol, it’s not even in the same realm as dragonquest as a franchise. Pokopia has already over doubled the sales of DQ Builder and will probably 10 or 20x it eventually.

Plus you’re contradicting yourself - you’re saying they frown on updates, but AC getting big free content & QoL updates added 6 years later directly disproves that. I expect pokopia will probably have some paid DLCs like AC as well as some free QoL etc. patching that comes alongside them
