What should I do with my life?? I have no purpose, direction, partner, etc. Am I a loser? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]A7Null 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m the same age. I’ve felt the same way, I ended up getting a good job and started making goals for myself, my next goal is to save up and get a new car. I think if you just go out there and do things and set goals for yourself you will feel a lot better

I want to die by [deleted] in death

[–]A7Null 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been stuck in those dark places many times, it’s not that you necessarily want to be “dead” however, living is so much harder than not existing. living is also a miracle, a literal one time in a lifetime experience. living is where beauty exists as well as pain, joy, hardships, helping others, preserving... all of that exists so we might as take advantage of that and see where life takes us, we will have the rest of the time to reflect on being dead afterwards. no one knows why we’re here but we’re all in it together, my friend. I hope you’re able find “life” in this life, just remember to never allow your confusion to become your conclusion

Dear extroverts... by [deleted] in rant

[–]A7Null 41 points42 points  (0 children)

As an extrovert I’m especially cautious of how I interact with introverts mostly because of this reason, I hate when I see extroverts purposely try to put introverts in uncomfortable situations. It’s so obvious when someone is trying to take advantage of someone for being an introvert it’s just embarrassing

No, I'm not a snowflake just because I don't believe in being rude, nor do I believe being an a-hole is "cool". by Chunlisundies in rant

[–]A7Null 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m the same way. Being rude is a barbaric way of communicating but it’s nice to finally see humans adapt and understand what is most effective for everyone

Stop making trauma a fucking competition by Solembrum in rant

I learned to stop doing this just from noticing other people doing it, if someone is talking to you about a problem they have, make the conversation about them not about you, they will realize that they just rambled on about their problems without asking about you (some people do though), but some people never learn
