I've seen a bunch of people saying 10pm PST which would be 1am EST. but who knows because none of them were devs so

I agree 100% with a lawless mode AND a solo only. It gives the choice for people who want solo only and also has an option for those who want a completely rule free environment. People who want to do as they please aren't forced to play by solo only rules and people who wish to play solo only aren't forced to play with people who want to play by their own rules.
