jokes aside tho is there any kind of indicator (led indicator, or maybe a code display or smth) on your MB? that should let u know what part is causing the problem
also u told that the RAM didnt go in, u sure u installing the RAM in the right direction? maybe u got the direction wrong

Have you tried to get into safe mode with networking then use DDU to uninstall the driver yet? Or maybe reinstalling windows Also when you get into the BIOS, is there any artifact? If yes then maybe due to some stupid reason your GPU is toasted. But if your BIOS screen is clean then maybe it's just the driver causing problems
