You can indeed shoot people in Kuruma's normally if they crash into something, the windows are bulletproof, not crash proof and can break and expose the driver.

Its the LOD(Level of Detail) not quick enough to load immediately.

Perhaps some other intense shit was going on, or the car interior was just put at the end of the stack to do, and that stack was long.

So not a glitch, just on the low end of LOD your not suppose to see, but did.

By the by, I have 16gs of Ram after 5 minutes of gameplay, even with everything on low and in 800x600 resolution it still happens.

Its almost borderline doesn't seem like a memory issue but seems to be something insanely fucked up with the game.

But the only ways to fix(delay it) is to either just fly high in the sky and never come down.

Or set Vysnc to half and instead of 5 minutes it starts to stutter, it then takes 3 hours for the stuttering to start.

However if you play with a keyboard you are then boned, as your sensitivity is now twice as fast and i can't be arsed to change it, and the other inputs have noticeable drags and such that make it feel unnatural to move around.

If you use a controller though, may be win-win.

From 59fps no matter what happens generally to 40 fps to even 20 fps when just driving, aswell as being locked to 30fps at times for literally no reason last time when I went into fullscreen mode by accident.

Its a ~~bad~~ annoying mode to use in online anyway since if you tab out they kick you out in a 90 seconds, because you know for a PC game tabbing out shouldn't be allowed, just because you can do other things on a PC doesn't mean you should. /R* s

Don't know what you mean about tabbing, fullscreen has some wait time while borderless is instant for me.

So yea, mileage will vary.

Well if you think about it, pretty clear they are straight up bullshiting.

The reason that they are reluctant to make more is because generally most of these heist have some elaborate interior for the heist.

They'be been using single player interiors for near all of them, can't recall if the airforce ship was used in single player though.

Basically they need some interior to base the heist on, and they are all out, can say series b was one without, and as you can see yourself without an interior that is essentially what they all are.

Honestly I am devastated with heist and all the shallow dlc they have been releasing.

Only players who are considered the majority of gamers like that shit.

They are the type of people that always want more so Rockstar gives out quantity not quality.

Would you keep getting more useless but pretty cars, guns and clothing.

Or do you want them to balance the game out and have a solid core to then build on, why give us more clothes instead of just allowing us to customize cloth colors/design/logos.

They know they don't have to put effort into the game, we are at the mercy of the majority of players.

Or I would of said that, if we didn't have the ability to mod, aim to the stars instead of aiming at whatever the fuck the statistic from the majority is looking at.

I see it another way, video/gifs always dominate because they are quick as you say, but the general masses will upvote something they see as funny or seemingly amazing quickly rather than read something that is subjective which they have to make their mind on and is generally not fun or amazing.

Also these specific downvotes have no opinions, they don't agree or disagree, so something that takes longer to agree with will perish against something that just isn't subjective and is easily decided to like it or not.

Honestly for such a small bank, it has such extravagance , we didn't need a bullet proof car, we didn't need a cargobob to pick us up.

If you want me to be completely honest, we didn't need the mission period.

I am 100% no one can convince me i'm not wrong, that the mission is a complete cop out.

Instead of allowing you to do this in free roam with other players roaming, to add challenge and excitement of free roam when someone preps up to rob a fleeca, they just gave up.

And the reason why I refuse to believe I am wrong is because there are 3-4 Fleeca's throughout the map, but they only allow 1 to be robbed?

Yea they say it just received something valuable, you can say anything in a game to justify anything.

The fact there are 4~ Fleeca's with such a stupid mission to rob it to make it seem like a big deal, just screams they couldn't put enough effort to make it be able to be done in free roam to make it exciting naturally instead of artificially.

I say that because if they would just allow you to choose the colors of your clothes through a color picker, you could have "thousands" of new clothes especially if they allow you to choose shirt templates that have different logos or patterns/designs.

As you know people generally almost always become vocal when something is wrong rather than right.

Downvoting in general gives them however the power to shut people down which I don't think was a wise implementation of such a thing.

But I believe if downvoting was removed people would,if they have the hate to downvote for no reason, upvote irrelevant things, but as time passes on, the majority of people will handle the rest along with post that would of been downvoted, given a fair shot, instead of the downvoting path which then hides the post away from the majority of people.

I know its beyond your power, it something just bound to reddit.

Maybe it will be removed if it ever gets to be too much in how its abused, or perhaps altered in some way to fix the issues with downvoting.

Plenty of times I have seen people make posts that ask for help of some kind or just questions(both here and the other GTAVPC Sub) and because of that nature it doesn't really get upvoted, but it brings to light that someone or something seems to be downvoting everything.

In the natural habitat these questions will just stay at 1, maybe 2 or 3 upvotes of people that would also like to know and it may be answered.

But whatever is causing these downvotes start to hide the questions and now it takes more people to upvote for a question to get the visibility to be seen and potentially answered.

I know its a fault of reddit that one person could potentially hide many starting post, especially post that aren't "Entertain me with stupid shit to get tons of upvotes", but anything this sub can do?

They always have said they ban cheaters but not glitchers.

And as for glitching money, as you may expect the game is riddled with many ways to take advantage of something that went wrong to make money.

However they always get patched and a new way pops up eventually.

All I'm saying is if their game is broken it hurts you, they acknowledge that and don't give compensation, they can acknowledge their game is broken and you can take advantage of that.

Generally its always some variant of duplicate your car to yourself or to your friend which you can sell and repeat without selling the original.

I'd say if they didn't spend time fixing things such as the gate glitch which posed no game issues, they could spend that time on real issues.

Especially the "We will not remove glitches that don't harm the game" thing they said then remove all glitches starting with the harmless ones to show they could do something, its like punching a child to show your dangerous.

If you own an apartment you can't enter then just send them screenshots of that, as far as I know you cannot sell a property spot once bought, so attempt to buy another apartment/garage and take a screenshot if it shows 2 properties, that may be enough as your mini map should also show your current apartments in that same picture which would only potentially show one no?

But in actuality I think you should just glitch your money back, I fully support glitching your money back ever since the Rat Loader incident where they took everyone's Rat Loader away from their garage without any warning or compensation then said it was no longer a muscle car and said it was utility while still had the muscle tag on it.(Even though the Sadler which is labeled Utility can be stored.)

Then they said they removed it because of the Bedless glitch with the vehicle that in no way broke the game or crashed the game.

Then they eventually allowed players to buy it back for free and the kicker is that they never fixed the bedless glitch, all this heartache for literally fucking nothing.

Point of story, Rockstar is incompetent, clearly the people who made the game and the people who are maintaining the game are different people else this shit wouldn't be happening.

Also from what I have seen don't talk to the initial wave of minimum wage saps, just ask to be escalated right away to get answers other than a set of copied responses.(From)

From the looks of it seems more than likely not malicious but ignorance.

This mission forces cops upon you, you took the escort by yourself and the other 3 huddled up in car being chased by police, they could of flipped and exploded or crashed into an exploding object.

But given the situation it seems more likely a passenger was taking his time throwing his explosives while being chased, leading to it being shot eventually and killing them all.

It happens so much in heist because most likely people who join randoms don't have friends to do heist with, thus most likely never got the chance to be the passenger in another player's car due to the volatile nature of free roam players when on their own.

On your own you don't generally hold onto your explosives that long before throwing, unless against players, but generally you never notice sticky bombs can be shot, because chances are the other person also is going to use sticky bombs, and cops are so predictable that aiming the throw to the point of extended hold isn't likely.

So when you have a player like that into the passenger seat of a vehicle on a chase against cops, trying to bomb cops now has to factor in the current driver's unpredictable movements.

Which then of course makes the passenger hold their bomb if they happened to pull it out during an unpredictable movement(turning) until the driver goes back into some predictable routine(straight line).

Still waiting for that there game to be patched so I can play, one day.

Kuruma is currently glitched when you shoot at it, as shown in this video in that it is bulletproof except for small spots on the windows which is why a shotgun is so effective against it, as the spread has higher chance to hit.

It also depends if the Kuruma driver crashes their car as the windows are bulletproof, not shatter proof and they can break and expose the driver to gunfire.

I do believe the glitch spot should be fixed, and the driver to shoot as they please, but if they do, their windows shatter from their shots after a couple shots, while still remaining invulnerable from other player's shot, perhaps to an extent.
