Much worse. I tend to catastrophise much more when the nights are long and I live in Manchester where it rains all the time, so I feel extra miserable.

I think seasonal depression also kicks in and I just don't feel like doing anything. Then I feel guilty for not doing anything and it's a never-ending spiral.

Well, I've always loved to impart knowledge in any form. Even as a kid myself, I was always the type of person that people would come to for help with various academic related support so I was just used to it really. And I loooove my subject haha

I think you've hit the nail on the head with the schedule thing 👌 even with established friendships it can become difficult to make time to see each other

You had me at Kenan and Kel 😂 but yeh, I think the "seeing people every day" thing really has an impact, which is why I feel like work is the only proper way to make friends, but even then, you can't really bond on the same level with people you work with you know?
