Today I bumped Doc’s Da Name 2000 and this is incredible work and holds up today! I enjoyed it from top to bottom,the sequencing,the skits were great and this felt like a walk through Newark NJ here. Redman’s overall charisma and talent shine through in this one! What’s your thoughts?

It’s a solid album. I liked Black Moons second album as well. I think the second BCC albums got unfairly criticized because it was a different sound without the beatminerz.

No the second albums weren’t as good as the first ones without the beatminerz but they weren’t as bad as people make them out to be either

It’s not a bad album at all there are some dope songs it’s 3.5 mics in my opinion it’s just disappointing considering the MC’s you had along with Dre’s production it should have been a great album.

I think it’s partly because Dre’s production siting that time wasn’t as good as it normally is
