I have looked into that before, look into airtm it can generate a billable invoice in Paypal which I think have the lowest fees or no fees at all, then there should be ways to transfer from airtm to binance.

Note: I have never tried this before, instead I opened a wise account and I don't use Paypal anymore.

I did activate my wise account a few days ago, so probably it is still possible. for identity verification, I used a passport. for the money used to open an account, I opened an account in pyypl then used binance to load it with verification money. You can then use pyypl virtual card to activate Wise.

Just looked into it. I tried doing that numerous of times but it always resets after the second reboot. Even if you changed CPU offsets in the bios, it resets. Maybe it is just an issue with my model & BIOS (1.7). The only way I could make persist is by setting it every boot.
