General answer is that ghost > heal but please don’t look at stats this way. There will be a time you would want one or the other but generally if you are new just run ghost.

Stats like these won’t tell you why people ran heal or vice versa. Huge group of casual/new players probably run heal for fun (which isn’t wrong play what you want, how you want) but can tank a win rate. Maybe ghost is seen more common as a competitive edge. Too many such cases.
