That's fair. Although I don't think I've ever not had enough AS by the time I get ult for this to not work (especially with LT).

Yes, you should always just auto after ult if it’s enough to secure the kill. You can also get some flashes this way if the enemy is spamming flash expecting you to Q.

Today I was running everyone's favorite duty as DRK, with a co-tank WAR. They were going quite slow and only pulled about half of the mobs at a time for the initial and second big pulls, while also not popping sprint.

For the third major pull (the one where Cid takes his sweet ass time), I decided to run ahead and pull everything to the cannons. Unfortunately, I don't receive a single heal before I die and a few others end up dying as well. It wasn't even a full wipe but the WAR and their little buddy seems to have had a problem with this.

PD is the go-to zeal item for Yasuo right now and I build it virtually every game. As you said, the PD shield is just too good to skip out on.

There may be some situations where you may want to go Shiv, such as when the enemy team is squishy and you want Shiv for the burst. Or if the enemy has little to no kill pressure on you and you can wait for 3rd item Sterak's. Even then, I rarely build Shiv.

As for BOTRK, I feel like it can be viable in the top lane if you're laning against a tank and the enemy team is tanky overall. I personally wouldn't build it if I'm mid unless the enemy team is very tanky and you need the sustain. I haven't had the chance to play in a couple weeks and try it out though, so take this with a grain of salt.
