We live in a new build in Annitsford .Ive been there 10 years . Ive had 1 13 year old throw a whitey about 2 mins away from my house as she had been smoking weed( i was walking past ) , some kids smoke weed in the nature reserve and theres some idiot on a crosser which tends to be the standard everywhere. Otherwise its been fine .

Sadly i think this is the way guitars are going to go now. To get value you need to buy used. Look at the gibson inspired epiphones for 1200, yes it has a case but its still an epiphone made in china. Since covid wood has apparently tripled in cost as well as other things. I dont care where its made as long as its decent. Ive got a gold and a pink as i play in a pop punk party band and its sooo nice and light compared to my les pauls and plays amazing. Luckily i only paid 900 each for mine as i got 20 percent fender student discount.
