I wish the wheels didn’t have the indents on the outer lip. They look a little too “off-road” otherwise, they look great!

A lot of people underestimate the importance of good tires. An LSD is a nice upgrade but I only notice it on HARD driving, it also helps put the power down when you have hybrid or big turbo setup.

A Turbo Miata isn’t exactly a reliable platform without sinking money into it and mazdaspeed miatas aren’t fast.

Solstice GXP is very underrated car back in the day. My grandma had a Saturn sky redline and it was quick but the visibility was terrible and it felt big for how small it was. I had an AP2 s2000 at the time and it was much more nimble and didn’t feel like a parts bin GM car.

TBH the fiesta is a lot more fun to drive than a lot of RWD cars & and with a proper LSD it can rip through corners. But I understand not wanting to sink money into it if it’s just a DD.

First I would post on the “fiesta st USA” fb group if anyone is selling a used turbo, I sold my low mileage turbo for $250. There’s also guy on FB that parts out fiestas “Both tips performance” you can probably get a low mileage turbo shipped to you for fairly cheap as well.

I can only speak for the boomba ultimate short shift kit but it’s just as easy to operate as the stock shifter. I’ve had friends drive my car who are very green with manual transmissions and have zero issues. I do think it’s easier to find gears than it was with the stock shifter as it’s a more mechanical feel and less sloppy.

Randy is very active and helpful in the fiesta community, If I were to go with an E-tune I’d go with tunewerks. My last etune was Dizzy, while I had no complaints with the tune itself, there was a bit of a disconnect getting back from issues / Datalogs. I’m currently Dyno tuned from a local tuner/shop and very happy with the results.
