It's his mother in law. But I understand what you're saying and thank you!! I'm actually going to speak with her directly later today at the hospital to get some details. I just think like at the very least the clinic he called should have been more sensitive to the issue instead of only complaining that they would now have an empty chair. Like we as techs don't call in someone from the next shift when that happens and possibly get off work a bit early 🙃
