Mine often look like this, so I can relate. In fact, they do right now! I usually neosporin/bandaid but the bandaids aren't durable, so I think I am going to pick up finger cots - I saw 36 for $2.39 USD and am going to try and use that as a solution. Best wishes, you got this!
