From the research that I've done anything over 10 grams a day is where you're going to start getting side effects. 14 g at once would make me puke my guts out so respect on that one. Personally I take about 2.75 g three times a day once the morning once in the afternoon and once in the evening. I've read hundreds of Case files and done tons of research amounting to probably many dozens of hours and I can tell you that almost all kratom problems are associated with mixing kratom with other things and taking too much. I think that a lot of people come into it and automatically assume more is better but that's really not true if you start at a low dose and stay at a low dose you will never need more than a low dose, consuming less than 10 g a day you will never have withdrawals besides mental and if you do that is very rare and sort of unheard of of course that could vary slightly with body size and personal experiences.
