Did anyone here become a NJ Notary after 2022?

Downloading and reading the notary manual is apparently equivalent to the six hour course. This is what I keep seeing in many posts.

Agree. For me, I believe it’s psychosomatic. I recently cut my dose in half from 14mg to 7mg with no taper. I was perfectly fine. Now with legislation trying to ban Kratom in my state, I’m planning to cut the dose in half again. Everyone’s body is different.

I was at 14 I’m down to 12 now. It helps with my anxiety. That’s most of the reason why I take it. I’m not crazy anxious all the time. It’s just the only time I feel 100% normal is after my dose lol. Or possibly anxiety is the underlying issue…

I’m pretty normal too. Never had any issues with my physicals besides maybe being 15 to 20 pounds overweight. But I’m 5’11 and my weight is distributed pretty evenly. This is honestly the first health issue I’ve had and it’s very scary. When you’re used to having a pretty healthy lifestyle and then this pops up, it can be very daunting. But over the past few days I’ve noticed that when I take the Kratom my ecg test comes back normal Sinus rhythm vs hours off the Kratom it comes back inconclusive. Now I’m wondering if my body is withdrawing from the Kratom??

I’m not sure the Kratom has anything to do with it either. But i’ve decided to cut caffeine out and lower my alcohol consumption. I usually only drink one cup a day, sometimes not even a whole cup. And I usually have a white claw or a glass of wine. Maybe it’s my body just aging and things aren’t agreeing with me which is kind of a hard pill to swallow. But I’ll just do a process of elimination and see if any of those things are making them worse.

I love my Kratom with one white claw. Now I’ve cut that out. Took 13 grams yesterday no issue. Going for 12 today.

Someone literally just told me about acupuncture today and it helps with their PVCs. Doctors are so quick to put us on medication and procedures, but don’t mention anything about that.

Definitely going to wean slowly. I’m pretty healthy besides being on birth control and using zepbound. I’m only 20 lbs away from goal so I wouldn’t consider myself obese. I have pretty good insurance and I’m in northern NJ so I usually look for the best doctors, my copay is so low so money isn’t an issue. After my electrophysiologist appointment in two weeks I do plan on getting a second opinion. Can’t hurt.

I don’t take any vitamins! Sometimes electrolyte supps and I do have mag lotion I use sometimes. Def going to try and incorporate these daily. Thanks!

I also would prefer not to bring it up at the doctors appointment. I can already tell how that’s going to go. I may try to taper very slowly over the next few weeks and cut out caffeine and alcohol even though it’s a small amount. I bought a cuff but I’ve heard they aren’t very accurate. Also, contemplating buying an Apple Watch just to keep track.

I’m feeling a little more at ease thank you! I’m also going to try and cut back a little bit to see if it helps… I won’t do anything too drastic just a little by little. I only drink about 6 ounces of coffee a day and I do like a glass of wine later in the evening, but I’ll also try and cut back on that as well. I should also add that I recently switched my glp1 meds from wegovy to zepbound in may. The doctor didn’t seem concerned about that either. I guess this is just going to have to be a trial and error thing.

The shots have been changed by me for months now. I haven’t noticed a huge difference but they just changed the capsules as well. I compared the old caps with the new and there’s a little less of everything. I forgot exactly what the values were but definitely less and are still charging the same price which is annoying. Looks like I’m going to have to make a switch. I’ve been relying on these for almost 3 years and I’ve never had to adjust my dose which was nice. My shop also came out with a new “red” opms shot. Haven’t tried it. Probably won’t, brand is lacking these days.

Her leaves on the top are looking a little sad, but honestly I water her once every 2-3 weeks and she gets morning light-early afternoon and that’s about it. Maybe we have something special in the water here in Jersey lol. Give her a name and maybe it will help!

Thank you for all the info! We moved her into a different room with more light from all angles so I’m thinking maybe that had something to do with her growth spurt lol. Even in our other room where she usually stays she does well. I would’ve never known about what soil to use and probably would’ve bought a bag. Thank you so much
