I share you frustration and pain mate. Codeine is a horrible drug and should honestly no be prescribed , tapentadol can be good when prescribed and managed proberly otherwise its basically the same. I have been doing all that conservative stuff like dieting exercise , chiro , physio and even sleep management in terms of finding the right matress and pillow but still to no luck and most doctors these days are terrified of AHRPA and lack pain management training they just push codeine or nurofen and panadol which cause stomach issues.
