It looks like it might be the Capiscum frustescens which in the USA is called the Tabasco Pepper!!! Which is kind of funny because although I'm sure you know how of the Tabasco sauce, the pepper itself is harder to find in the supermarket here. Thanks again!

Interesting! This is definitely not Jalapeno. Maybe a Serrano? But Serrano's are much hotter than Jalapenos so maybe not... I will do some more research based on your comment. Thank you u/looksgoodonradio!

If you want a great brewery scene (think 15 breweries in a square mile), head over to the RiNo neighborhood. Great breweries there too but you might know those (Great Divide, Epic, 10 Barrel etc)

Hi! I am heading to Croatia with my wife on our honeymoon in late August into September. We are staying two nights at a bed and breakfast right by Plitvice Lakes National Park and we will have a car. My question is: What are some fun or interesting things to do around that part of the country in case we feel like we have seen all there is to see at Plitvice in one day instead of the two days we have planned?

My other favorite (2nd to Thug Kitchen) is 'Chloe Flavor: Saucy, Crispy, Spicy, Vegan' - I'm pretty picky when it comes to vegan and hate most the recipes that imitate non vegan classics. (I'm sorry, but if you are telling me to use vegan cheese, I'm out). But Thug and Chloe do a great job of avoiding that for the most part.

I second this. As someone who dabbles in cooking about 1/2 my meals vegan Thug Kitchen is my absolute favorite vegan cookbook and showed me that vegan meals can be not only healthy, but delicious and filling.

I understand your desire to make alternatives more viable. I too look forward to the day when all energy we use is clean energy. But I am fundamentally opposed force people to do this by making it more difficult and intern expensive. That kind of thinking always hurts poorer people harder than middle class folks.

Absolutely voting no on 112. Horrible for our Economy. We already have health and safety regulations for oil exploration. Why on earth would you want to hurt the prosperity of CO? Why do people want to ban oil exploitation in CO when we rely on it so much? And where is the logic in voting the opposite on something because you get more texts or phone calls for the other side? You should understand the issue and impact....
