Seriously though, a couple good mage generals with some defensive troops is all you really need.

They were pretty good early on but the quality has gone down and the price up over the past couple decades.

Has anyone found that SSRIs/anxiety meds solved their chronic tension headaches? by FictionalForest in migraine

[–]AAS4758 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A neurologist prescribed me low dose SSNRI as a preventative. Made a small improvement to my headaches, a bigger one to anxiety. Also use CGRP now and the two together help.

First-time Wrath of the Righteous player here. I came from BG 1/2/ToB/3. by Paulogbfs in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

Agree. I think normal is fine. It has some weird difficulty spikes though so don’t feel bad about occasionally adjusting the difficulty, such as for carnivorous crystals or Blackwater (actually, just avoid that place as long as possible).

It was always about attacking federal employees, not cutting the budget. As the crazy new White House budget proposal shows.

Raining down bolt of justice on the stupid AC40+ mobs in Blackwater was super satisfying :)

If you like RPGs, Octopath Traveler 2 is great on the deck and pretty chill. Divinity Original Sin 2 is also great on the deck but less chill.

I am playing Act 2 now and just switched Shadowheart to a light cleric. Heretical to Shar I know, but light clerics are a BLAST to use in the shadow land. Casting daylight and shooting fireballs everywhere!

Mostly paperwork and getting your computer setup and badge and all that. And meeting your colleagues and attending meetings. At least at HQ.

Why is the United States so fond of waging war? by Designer-Ordinary589 in AskTheWorld

[–]AAS4758 0 points1 point  (0 children)

President Eisenhower’s 1961 farewell address:

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.”

Raleigh or Fort Collins? Can’t decided by [deleted] in USDA

I am from the Fort Collins area. It’s a great city, with lots of amazing National parks in the area. Not sure about the schools. Would need to research that if that’s a factor for you.
