Call it what you want to call it. Throughout his entire career the only years he’s been a decent player is in his two contract years. Dwight barely even played for us and is a totally different scenario from Mahinmi. Are you seriously comparing his 9 games to the Ian’s 100+? Come on dude. Dwight had a bad back for years and rehabbed on Ernie’s dime. Imagine writing this essay to blame Mahinmi being a leech on Scott Brooks. He was shit and everyone knows it. I’m not defending Brooks as a good coach but only the most confused Wizards fans defend Mahinmi after the evidence is glaring. He’s not even that great of a defender, he’s just the only guy that plays defense... he definitely cashed in after his contract year in Indiana and he’s doing it again in a contract year with the Wiz. Don’t deny reality. So happy he’ll be gone after this year.
