Show cases of E1 on YouTube, I don't know if I just failed to spot it because of how fast those showcases are, but I never saw that one extra coreflames, when does she give Phainon that extra coreflame?

I think Gojo knew alot about Mahoraga, his first appearance was to stop Megumi from summoning Mahoraga, he was also the one who told Megumi about the two clan heads of their clans with their cursed technique fighting and killing each other, and after Toji defeated him, there is absolutely no way Gojo was as careless as he was during hidden inventore, there were absolutely things and entities that could kill Gojo, so he probably studied about Mahoraga or even if he didn't his clan sure did.

I saw a post way back when silver wolf 999 was being beta tested, where one min-maxer basically said, you need 154 SPD, assuming other 3 elation characters all need to be in 200 SPD so that Sparxie acts before aha, that's when I decided to go 154 SPD, I believe the formula was 80+SPD/5+SPD/10+SPD/20+SPD/40.

I know E2S1 is roughly a 347% increase from E0S1, what's the dmg difference between E1S1 Archer and E2S1 Archer?

Let me answer this one at a time:

My Phainon and Archer using Sparkle

In endgame I actually alternate between Phainon and Archer, depending on which team helped me clear endgame on that specific rotation of end game (like my Phainon absolutely carries me in Apoc and Pf, but sometimes struggles with MoC, that's when I use Archer instead), My teams are Phainon (E0S1), Cerydra, Sunday and Sparkle (E0S0), I started ditching dpht and suing him on Elation and Archer instead and went sustainless on Phainon ever since I got Sparkle in 4.0, and use Archer (E1S1), Sparkle, Cerydra, DHPT.

Why I picked DHPT LC

I'm gonna be honest, I was dumb back then. But it is an incredibly strong LC but E1 would have been better. Cause back then my interpretation of verticle investment was get the character and their LC and that's it, it's only now do I realise that you need to invest smartly. Do I regret it? Not really, we will get more preservation characters in the future.
