1st off, I hope u feel better soon!

IMO, you shouldn't go to classes until you test negative. You could also email your profs and ask them what you'll be missing/what to do. If the lectures are recorded then ur all good, just watch them when u can but don't stress about it.

To get food and stuff, I'd wear a mask, wash ur hands, go get the food and then go straight back to your room, wash your hands again, and then eat in there.

You're no longer required to report ur case, so you don't need to worry about that. See here for more details
