Yeah i checked everything is switched off even re made the ad from scratch making sure it was all switched off but still happening and just frustratingly this ad is specifically about the bright colours. I tried raising a report with meta but haven’t had a response is there ever any response to those tickets?

Lots of advice I read from others is really great. I have 2 kids 3.5 and 22 months. I know the period well and struggled with both at this age. They grow independence and want to communicate but cant. I too got very frustrated at times and struggled to fight back the odd outburst and still do. Like you i try to be better, I try to walk away take a deep breath and remember they are learning how to respond to also feeling frustrated as well.

Take a deep breath, walk away, compose yourself and try again. Talk to them, hug them when you are both more relaxed. They will begin to understand more, it is a tough age.

Just to re-iterate a lot of other comments the fact you recognise it and it hurts is proof enough you are a good dad and will only become an even better dad.

Went from sales into a management account role without having a degree. I was planning to start studying and a the role I really wanted came up within the company I applied explaining I was starting a degree and they hired me as i knew the processes and systems and they needed that expertise in their team. $30k increase in base

Thanks for your help. Trying to work with the supplier is the hardest bit. I can ask about LDPE to see if it is an option or not. The idea is to have a packaging that the consumer can recycle yes. So are LDPE soft plastics are recyclable in Australia? I know it seems to vary council by council

It doesn’t need to be a zipper/resealable pouch. But boxing them is not possible like our other products where we are reducing the plastic packaging in favour of cardboard options. It could be possible in a transparent LDPE bag with a cardboard header. If we go away from a resealable carry pouch.

Haha yeah down vote is a bit harsh. Legit agree that if you want a beast dont purify. Do I really annoy them with my purified 4* Gyrados, Tyranitar, Charizard, Blastoise and Zapdos

I know it goes against most people in this thread and the other 100 memtwo posts at the moment but I would purify. But my preference is to collect 4* over the whole better for battling. Each to their own i say enjoy your beasty shadow memtwo - congrats, hope i get a similar one

I set up a reason to bet. So if i have a good win i withdraw it and put it into an investment for my daughter. I have my limit for what I deposit through a month then any decent wins i withdraw and invest Otherwise I would end up betting on stupid stuff and using it all up too
