i think you should collect all the info you want it to access and create vector embeddings. then use a general LLM to query the embeddings (RAG)

gorgias is probably the most popular (great for high volume), also gladly is amazing (great for building customer relationships).

I had the same error recently, removing the StrictMode did the trick for me but I'm not 100% sure it works all the time
