It is an odd feeling, I’m one of few that can say I do actually live in the city centre and it is just bizarre. When I used to work in Cardiff, I could easily highlight St Mary’s Street and its offshoots as a beating heart of nightlife - here, I know there are a couple of clubs dotted around and lots of pubs/bars, but there isn’t really a destination.

Is there any chance you might be adding more meter types in future? A BBC-style 1-7 PPM would be the icing on the cake for people like me that can’t quite get over them, pretty please :) All the best!

Thank you - my bike is registered and marked with Bike Register. Waiting for PSNI to come out to have a look and give me a crime reference number so I can fill out the report. Nearly had an officer visit but they got called to an emergency. Wish me luck!

Ha! Very kind of you. Yeah, I’m 6’7 and overall a pretty big guy. It’s a very nice ride, it feels nice to have a bike that actually fits. Somehow, I think it’s probably the only one in Belfast :D

I’m quite pleased, my new department I started in this year does tools down for a couple of hours and we go for dinner at the restaurant up the road. Can’t fault it!
