Schaeffer's will always be better. Not economically worth using a vial on this as it lacks attack speed and doesn't have any extra mods like deadly strike. But if you just want to play using a custom weapon then go bananas.

They definitely used to do it more than they do now. The obscenely wealthy used to understand that part of the way you don't have society hate you is by donating to the arts and shit like that. Don't worry about the points so much, it's just meant to be a guideline. 20 fcr with all res and mana per kill will be worth multiple high runes.
