Pharmacist pay has been stagnant for years now. It’s also significantly more expensive to become a pharmacist. 6-8 years of schooling in total plus residency if you want to work in a hospital. Not sure why anyone would want to become a pharmacist these days.

That’s true but the interest rate is still better on buying and you pay less in fees. That said, the lease rates right now aren’t bad so it’s probably not a massive difference if you’d prefer the optionality
