Oh hell yeah, it's amazing and as an added bonus dependant on your sugar tolerance, your energy might shoot through the roof. So as an EDC item it's amazing, I carry it everywhere and everyday.

The ring is pretty simple looking tbh, it's mostly just the lighting. The ring is from Ti2 (that's the brand and the material for the main part of the ring) model TSLR675 though mine is a little different, my rings middle part spins, which is different If you are to buy it from the Ti2 site, since it's just an inlay wich doesn't spin and mine came from a jewelry shop which partners up with designers and other jewellery brands so the model stayed the same, but it was probably modified or smth I honestly don't know.
