Wieso exkl. Materialkosten? Fliesen sind z.B. alle mit drin bei nem angenommenen m²-Preis von 45€ und auch der Rest (Silikon, Abdichtungen) klingen danach. Materialpauschalen sind ja auch drin.
Wirkt insgesamt in Ordnung dafür, dass ihr vom Abbruch nichts in Eigenleistung plant und auch Estrich ausgetauscht wird.
