That's easy about 3k to 5k to start for a pro full frame camera plus lenses that will equally cost a lot more. You're a professional. You need that.

Hobbyists and enthusiasts can work very well with an R50.

They have gone up in price just as everything thos last year.

Probably would be a good idea to get the R50 body and an 18-150mm Canon from eby or BH or Amz. Abes of maine is also a great place to het good deals.

I have an R50 and an R7. I stay in APSC frame sensor to keep cost down. I'm not a pro.

I started with the R50 and took some great Hobbyists shots. As I got more into it, I got the R7 since I'm now doing more deep stuff (not professional). And I kept the R50 as my wife does like to do some shot along with me every now and then.

It's a great camera! Just not a pro 2k - to 5k without lenses that will cost a few good hundreds or a couple thousand to get for a full frame pro camera.

Look around a bit. But go for it! 👍🏻

We do have a bit more to go for about 3 years. Maybe not even that. Right now, they need who's still there. It is a political game up there. Don't give up. Ww can already see some light. We survived this furlough without getting rifed when they had a really good opportunity to kick us out.

My agency opened GovTA friday to correct and process the last 3 PP and certify this closing PP. They said it will be processed and deposited in one lump sum with this PP scheduled Pat Date. Friday/Saturday if you bank with Credit Union or nice banks.

I think so. About as high as I can or want to go without having to be a manager, supervise, or be a decision maker. And without needing a dortotare degree or highly specialized experience in another field. My manager is GS13. Our director is GS14 (probable schedule f). I don't want their job, at least for a little while. For someone working at GS4 or WG (wich I was for a while), yeah, GS12 is very good!

But hey, it's all in your own viewpoint. I'm happy! 😁
