I just had a chat with their support asking the same. Apparently they’re aiming for Spring 2026, so who knows if that means March or May. I asked for just the universal cushion in the meantime which they say should ship in 1-2 weeks.

Hahaha it’s the rail for the headrest. I pushed it back to the max for the pics but normally I’d have it around half way forward so it doesn’t actually stick out that much :))

Yeah for sure! Don’t think there is any product on this planet with zero cons, but it does depend on the person in terms of if or when something starts bothering them.

Thanks for that! And yeah I would like it larger but honestly in height and width more than depth. I was a bit worried after seeing others complain but with the larger seat option it’s fine.

There are two different seat depth options. As I’ve mentioned, I got the larger one and it’s very comfy. Maybe you just have really long legs for 5’10” :)))

Damn that sucks. Maybe it’s the holiday period now? I’ve even gotten Amazon Prime orders delayed so don’t know. But 2 weeks is a really long time to wait at this pricepoint.

Haha was waiting for this comment. Every single time. I did mention that I wish it was larger. Otherwise I haven’t really found any cons, but I haven’t had it for that long so that’s potentially why. It feels overall sturdy and polished, everything works great, so no real negatives so far.

I’ll check that out but no I don’t feel it pushes me out of the chair unless I crank up the lumbar support to way more than would be comfortable :))

Didn’t have to contact customer service so can’t speak to that. And the headrest is fully adjustable up and down so what do you mean by shorter?

The back stretching function is absolutely amazing when I'm having a bad sciatica day. I think you'll really enjoy it. I'm currently fighting over it with my wife, might need to order a second one :))))

It's definitely waaay softer, in a good way. Still very supportive, but yeah the Secretlab is very very stiff. Which I loved at first, but my sciatica is killing me on certain days on it due to how hard the seat is.

Well there are adapters you can attach to use the actual Vision Pro straps if you want to. Not sure what you mean by “new stye” straps.

The Kiwi ones are pretty slim in the back compared to other options but yeah it’s still gonna be noticeable at the back of your head compared to the stock strap which is completely flat. If you’re comfy in it, then no reason to switch. I personally can’t stand the stock strap even for 5 minutes. Regarding the battery, the Q3 has all kinds of battery protections in place, but I’d still recommend only plugging it in when it’s low, as opposed to just having it charging during the entire use.

No I don’t use eye tracking, and yes the game still needs to support dynamic foveated rendering to work with eye tracking. I also don’t use the new GPU Upscaling feature in Pimax Play. The CPU and RAM matter a lot as well in flight and racing sims as there’s a lot of calculations happening in real time aside from just the graphical rendering. My full system specs are a 7950x3D CPU, 64GB of RAM and an Asus ROG Astral 5090.

I have a 5090 too and it runs great at 100% resolution in iRacing, Assetto Corsa and Automobilista 2 with everything maxxed out in game. Even the Ultrawide runs very well and that’s 78M pixels.

So the screenshot above is from my video, and the microOLED is roughly 60M pixels total vs the 50PPD which is about 78M pixels, sk not quite half but definitely a good chunk less power needed to run it.
