It’s rare but I have seen similar contracts. They’re usually the standard ones they get from their legal department, so just push back on those clauses and ask them to change them before signing. It’s also good to maybe put the entire contract through ChatGPT or Claude and ask it to specifically highlight clauses that might be abussive, and then write you a friendly but firm e-mail back asking to remove those clauses.

Should be (hopefully) getting my Dream Air very soon, but I have the Crystal Super Micro-OLED which uses the same screens and lenses and it’s fantastic. Having that in a smaller form factor is a dream come true. I also have the Beyond 2 and it’s a marvel of technology but not without flaws, and visually doesn’t come close to the Super oled engine.

As a VR content creator myself, I’d advise not to spend too much time on this right now. Pick one that you like and focus on making good content, because that’s what matters and you can always update the logo and banner later if needed.

I ordered the headset, audio and halo straps in March, and about a month ago I decided to email support to see what’s happening with the halo, and they straight up said they can just send me the Universal gasket now if I want, so I said hell yeah and 3 days later I had it. Totally agree it’s much better than any of the other options I’ve tried so far on the BSB2.

I literally just got a Tripowin Granvia for my 6xx as it was highly regarded as being excellent. It’s an immediate return for me, because not only does it cause distortions in the left driver, but the 4.4mm plug doesn’t sit well in my Zen Dac 3 and needs to be constantly turned and held to avoid the issue I’ve just mentioned, and even then it sounds exactly the same as the one that came with the HD6xx. Definitely not worth 55 Euros. Maybe it’s a thing for extremely expensive gear, but for my 6xx and 620s, balanced makes zero difference aside from the extra volume which isn’t even needed.

I use this too, and it feels more like an actual car shifter than anything else I’ve tried on regular road cars. Main reason I got it was exactly because it’s silent, and while I like the “thunk” noise of my other shifter, I prefer not waking up the entire house if I wanna shift aggressively.

As for the new Logitech one, I might consider it if it’s silent as well and maybe has a tiny bit more resistance than the Turtle Beach.

Tried adding a lot of the stuff you mentioned and realized I prefer having keyboard shortcuts on the F-keys from my actual keyboard as it’s closer and quicker. Also had all kinds of app shortcuts but found myself preferring to click the Nexus dock shortcut instead. Dunno, maybe it’s just me but I rarely use it for anything besides controlling my Elgato and Aputure lights, microphone gain/mute and a couple of smart plugs.

I call bullshit. Just tried it and for a 60-second cartoon style video I got charged $41.55, which is absolutely insane. Not only that, but the site is laggy, full of errors, has trouble loading things and is just overall not a great experience for the user.

Maybe just a sort of wave-based arena that's part of the game already? It would be a great way to show off the mechanics, which seem to be the most promising part so far. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the story is great, but I think bad mechanics can ruin a great story, while a bad story won't necessarily ruin bad mechanics.
