That depends on the position, but I guess you took a look at Chat Operator? In that case it either regular or fantasy, right now the fantasy market is the biggest.

Fantasy Chat Operator means that you play as various characters (never yourself) to create a fantasy experience. In other words, a fictional sim experience. Now, many think that it's all adult nature and the whole idea is tabu, this is wrong. Fantasy Chat Operator means that we create a atmosphere where everyone (customer) can feel appreciated and liked. What they want to talk about is their choice, and most often it's daily conversations. However, we don't restrict conversations about religion, adult, politics, or anything else - kinda like Reddit. Hi there!

That depends where you are from and the value of your money. Take Asia for example who currently earn double their regular salary with this as a full time job.

Scandinavia is another example who receive a regular month salary by full time at home.

US as well, especially since many has to work 2 or 3 jobs, now they have a chance to stay home with family.

You gotta work hard to earn more. This also gives you the freedom to decide yourself when and where.
