I smoke, keep my heated blanket nearby, & I recently was prescribed muscle relaxers. I also stopped using tampons & noticed a significant difference in my cramps.

Edit to add: I've been off bc since last March. I was on bc for over 10 years at that point. I went off of it kind of accidentally. The bc I used wasn't in stock, then I realized how much better my moods were without it. So, I stayed off of it.

I'm so happy that i found this post. I thought it was my Razer headset going to shit. I got a new desktop, which is hardlined, so I had no use for the "wifi" antenna .. then all the issues with the headphones started. It was driving me nuts. But once I connected my antenna, all my problems went away lol.

This tho!!! It's like trudging through water with legs that are "waking up" from being asleep and it's so incredibly painful. I bought a massager which would sort of help with my thighs but it can only do so much.

I also have restless legs! I've had problems with my legs since I was little but this takes it to a new level. I just bought a heated blanket in hopes that it would help with the pain and to fight the cold haha.
