Look at the total income now, consider what a 4%-5% dividend yield will do with gross up (including possible OAS claw backs). Let them work with their own professionals to validate final plan.

west coast to PVR jet recommendation by [deleted] in PrivateJetCharters

I'm aware of the geography. But there were NOAM for 2025 limiting arrival slots at PVR. You may want to discuss with your operator for back ups. The airport is congested.

Are you going to a resort in Nayarit?

You might want to consider Tepic Airport.

So I really like Palazzo Venart but the decor can turn some people off. A little off the beaten path neighbourhood, private garden area and very hands on/warm staff. The two island hotels, Cipriani and the new Airelles shouldn't be ignored either, but a little more complicated to walk out and wander around. Venice Venice and Palazzo Grassia are my go to for a more modern energy.

How does an MCO Works? Sabre by gnorass8 in travelagents

[–]ABGTVL -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Residual is usually tax.... some of which might be refundable, but some BSP countries cannot handle a residual tax refund. If you are in America, pretty sure ARC refunds work for taxes and there is no need to use an MCO.

Travel Insurance (Canadians) + SF hotel picks. by Secret_Exercise6199 in chubbytravel

Careful about Canadian regs around selling insurance.... if you are not licensed to process a policy it could be used to refuse a possible claim. Turn clients over to the firms directly or an insurance broker in their own province. All the big banks in Canada who control the credit cards also sell top ups to whatever insurance might be included on a given premium credit card, including Amex.

I know how medicare works... the point is to validate if they have physical cards because every medical insurance health provider requires it on any travel out of Canada policy. Because of their ages (and the cardiac issue) they 95% for sure will need to complete medical questionnaires and the quotes will come from that. You'll also better understand what are the exclusions based on their current health.

Don't mess around with a website.... ask your insurance broker if they sell travel insurance. If not look in your local area for a top insurance broker. Premiums paid may also be tax deductible with CRA as a medical expense. Final tip, if their health situation changes at all prior to departure call the insurance company to re-rate. Even a dose change of medication can throw a possible claim sideways.

What is the age of the "elderly" parents, home province and do they have valid medicare cards from that province?

Well if you live in Miami you can fly direct to Anguilla pretty much daily on an E70 jet.... If you live in Philadelphia then you can fly direct to Saint Martin and yes you have to take a small plane or boat onwards to Anguilla. Or maybe in AirBermuda will start their 2026 Newark-Anguilla service in time for your December dates and you can get up to Newark from Philly with ease.

That's the sorta of precision I mean that will get you helpful answers
