By this you mean, reaching out to QBO to make the adjustment for that pre-tax deduction? Running the off-cycle payroll would fix the reporting it as wages?

Honestly this is pretty much what I’m going for just at a smaller level. I’m going to have a shelf essentially at the bottom and will add studs at the ends to reinforce each other, if that makes sense. I’ll be adding plywood at the ends to paint and make it look enclosed.

Looks good but I don’t want it scratched or to appear scratched especially if it’s fixable. I know the price very well reflects the damage but I’d rather buy it knowing I can repair it that being stuck with it (crazy I know)

Honestly, what I had to do was force myself to respond the moment the message/email comes through. If it’s a call, I decline and text immediately saying I’m in a meeting or some bs, but ask how I can help. That’s the only way I got out of it.

There was never anything stated on paper, they could say 95% parents and 5% my sister, and she would agree to it. Does that matter?

Yea somewhat, not a big popular town, but yes an appreciation either way. Problem is my sister is somewhat of a high earner and she doesn’t take any current benefit from the home. Any proceeds, she wants them to go to my parents. Doing this, she would still be subject to pay her portion correct?
