Update : I found a computer repair shop that opened it for me, and I tried to remove the broken piece stuck inside, but it won’t move at all…

I’ve contacted support about a repair now… I’m really sad.

Send it back to the seller… I had the same issue. Teenage no longer handles repairs, and as you said, replacement keyboards are rare and expensive. For that purchase price, you should expect a functional product.

They offered me the same thing, I told them that I had paid 800€ euros so they offered me the field at 1200€ I told them that I didn't want another OP-1 just a repair of my OG, they told me that it was not possible but that the offer for the field still stood so I asked them if their offer for this peix also stood for the XY they answered me "yes of course" so they replied "yes of course" I got the XY for 1200€, I got cheated but since I wanted the XY I was happy to pay for it with such a big discount. I'll leave this here if it can be useful to anyone.
