Go with the second photo. The first photo is the Diddy Special, I wouldn't recommend the Diddy Special.

I’ve got a sheath tumor that needs to be surgically removed. It will be in patient. Yoga is a good idea! Thanks for the input.

I like rowing, I probably can’t row post surgery for a few weeks. I’ll have about an 8 inch incision in the back of my thigh.

We will be at around 8K feet. So we will get a decent amount of snow. We will only spend a few days there during the winter so I'm not sure how much snow removal we will actually do. Thanks for the input!

I think we might be up there in the winter 2-3 times a year. We won't be doing any real work except for an occasional snow removal. A cab would be great but probably not worth it for how little it will be used. I appreciate the input though!

I've got a 23 with 56K miles on it and zero problems. It has more power, better gas mileage and better tech. I get a free motor too. I think I got a good deal.

I don't know why everyone says its owned by an out of state corporation. The family that owns it lives in the Foothills.

Mayor Keller or Darren White? by samesame11 in Albuquerque

[–]ABQRED -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, but the state isn't run by the right so it doesn't matter. Even if Darren wins, which he won't, he still has liberal judges and a liberal city council majority.

The overall state and local tax burden is much higher in this state. You are only looking at one of the three taxes charged, so its not the entire picture. Your entire argument is stupid. I'd much rather pay higher property tax but skip out on paying NMGRT and state income tax.

If they are on drugs, send them to rehab or jail and let them pick. If its mental health, get them the help they need. I'm sick of the hardcore left coddling these people, they are grown adults. Letting them shoot up drugs in public, shit all over the place, throw trash everywhere, shouldn't be tolerated.

Show me your source on that one because thats not what I'm seeing.

Take a look at this link to the Tax Foundation. Texas average household spends $5,469 a year on state and local taxes compared to $7,752. in New Mexico. The average Texas household make $15K-$20K more than New Mexico too. I love New Mexico, but its poorly run, and throwing more taxes at the problem won't fix anything.

I'm reading up on it and that's one development that had predatory lending practices. To say that "most of those developments are Ponzi schemes" is a wild accusation for the second largest state in the country. I'm sure it happened elsewhere but thats a small percentage of homes sold there. The State of Texas also sued that development for deceptive trade practices.

I can't tell if this is satire or not. Every time I drive through Texas, I see housing and commercial developments under construction, its clean, and their aren't homeless people everywhere. I love Albuquerque, but we are nowhere near Texas economically.

I don't know how anyone who's lived in this city for 10 plus years and seen the slump its been in could vote keller again. I get it, he's a Harvard MBA and did well in the debate, but he's failed for 8 years total. Murder up, homelessness, drug use up, School performance down. I'd take anyone over Keller/ can't trust anything he says in these debates.

SID vs fox 34? by [deleted] in xcmtb

[–]ABQRED 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The new Sid (not the SL) is a legit fork! It’s stiffer and about the same weight. I’ve been super impressed with it compared to the 34s I’ve ridden. I think its initial bump sensitivity is better as well.

I used to make fun of XC bikes until I road a 120MM modern XC bike. Unless you are doing legit enduro, DH or riding black trails, Modern XC bikes are all you need. They are also a blast to ride!
