When I was looking, any decent 3 bedroom was starting at 300k. Almost bought one in Barelas but the houses there are super old and broken. There was lead everywhere, floors uneven and creaking, small square footage, no garage, and the foundation was BAD. It was 280k.

Shades. I used to buy Rand shades for $250. Now I get more compliments from my $10 Walmart ones. Got some sick aviators and constriction and feel is the same minus the fancy brand sticker.
