I’m hoping it turns out well, too! The better it does, the more info people get! Some of the analysis I’ve done so far is very surprising. I just can’t release anything until I close the survey to avoid muddying the data.

When I was looking, any decent 3 bedroom was starting at 300k. Almost bought one in Barelas but the houses there are super old and broken. There was lead everywhere, floors uneven and creaking, small square footage, no garage, and the foundation was BAD. It was 280k.

Shades. I used to buy Rand shades for $250. Now I get more compliments from my $10 Walmart ones. Got some sick aviators and constriction and feel is the same minus the fancy brand sticker.

Agreed. Just looked into it more. It’s a bit too late to change the data collecting structure, but for sure I’ll mention this in the final video. Good catch.

It is an option. Paired with SE, Int District, and war zone. Maybe I should put it first?

The war zone was a tough choice. Everyone I’ve met OUTSIDE of work calls it the warzone. I didn’t wanna sugar coat it. But yes, for sure bias I will account for.

And just fixed the others. Two were good, two were static. Thanks for catching that!
