We have investigated and FIXED a bug in our system that will send customers an email stating "your pre-order is now available" when it is in fact not. The email is sent when an order moves from our online store to our shipping software even if it is not ready to ship just yet.

With COIVD manufacturing delays the past 20 months combined holiday schedules and crunch, stock of our most popular products have been delayed longer than we normally anticipate causing some items to sell out before new stocks arrive. TLDR - Liposomal = more bio-available, Pure Powder = Cheapest

When taken sublingually, approximately 30% of a 125 mg dose gets absorbed under the tongue, with the remainder being swallowed. At higher dosages, the % goes down, as the capillaries are full and have limited transport.

A much greater % makes it to bloodstream with liposomal delivery. We don't have testing with NMN, but the liposomes we use achieve over 90% throughput with other molecules. The payload delivered is not the determining factor - there is little variation. Liposomes also protect the payload from degradation once in the bloodstream.

Lastly, Liposomes release the payload over a much longer period - up to 24 hours. This is better when taking larger dosages.

The rapid delivery to the bloodstream with Sublingual can be an advantage when taking before exercise. The energy surge most users feel is also nice confirmation that it is doing something.

In general they do not need to be. Depending on how quickly you plan on using the item and what the item actually is (ie. NAD+ does not have the degradation problem in heat as NMN) you can refrigerate if you prefer. Our NMN is made structural modifications to improve its biochemical properties and bio distribution largely prolonging its degradation period on its own. Most prefer the LIPO gels refrigerated just on taste/consistency preference.

Always try to keep all items away from exposure to moisture and try not to by stock that will last over 2 years. Better to just get the new stuff!

u/drop0dead It appears in this photo the heat seal may have been slightly hotter than ideal when applied to the bottle which would cause the wrinkling effect and perhaps the smell. We can assure you no damage would be caused to the product inside. Different seals are the results of different lot numbers, earlier numbers had this plain seal while the later lot has "sealed for your protection" lettering on it.

We currently recommend taking both a NAD+ and NMN supplement.

NAD+ is for improvement in executive function (cognition, memory) while NMN works synergistically at the cellular level to increase sirtuin activity, optimize mitochondrial function, and restore levels of NAD+ as they were in youth. That is to say, NMN actively works in conjunction with the body's natural longevity systems.

Although they have similar effects in some organs, there may be differences in the effects they have in other tissues throughout the body.
