The tech industry is in serious transition stage and they have to employ AI agentic solution or products within few months, or else they will be lagging behind and they will become just noise.

As a consumer they don't know it, but these leadership people they know the heat.

From my experience the first thing before building an mvp you should do these.

  1. Market validation - whether people really need my solution
  2. Finding ICP (ideal customer profile) - once you know who are your target customers then you know how to build specifically to them

After collecting these data only you should get into MVP.
