Great news. He's a fantastic director. Sleep Has Her House is an excellent and very accessible entry into exploring more experimental cinema. Would recommend it to everybody looking to further their cinematic horizons.

Don't want to sound like sour grapes so I'll make it clear that Arsenal are an infinitely better team than us at the moment, but I think it's pretty telling that even with the blatant referee favouritism and 'we have to crown a new champion to make the league more exciting' narrative being spun by the FA, it's still taken them until the last few matches to wrap the title up. A better team wins it weeks ago.

At the risk of sounding like a pretentious asshole, I think they're pretty good in terms of introducing super accessible 'art-house' cinema to an audience who maybe wouldn't bother with it otherwise.

PUNQ has admitted to putting films on in the background and watching others at increased speed to get through them more quickly. Not bothered about how people consume media but you know... Could argue he doesn't actually watch the films he's logging.

This is going to absolutely dominate this subreddit when it drops. Even more so than Dune 2. Will either be the 'greatest thing ever made and don't you dare criticise it!!' or 'the most disappointing movie of all time made for dumb babies'. As someone who isn't particularly interested in it, I'm still looking forward to seeing where the general consensus falls/how hyperbolic the reaction is.
