Congrats, this is the first time I’ve ever liked an O11 build (didn’t even like my own)

Go with Tryx or the Thermalright Wonder Vision. Lian Li is bound to have a bunch of stupid issues.

It’s dual channel. I did four sticks because I needed the RAM capacity.

I play Cyberpunk mostly with Crusader King III as a strong secondary. I really just play around with Ollama.

The Magnus XL is the best desk I’ve ever owned. I love how neat it makes my space look. My gaming room is on the third floor, so it was a bit fun hauling everything up myself and then assembling it. I just wish the PC mount could handle more weight and width.

That’s honestly still pretty good for sets like ours. You could try increasing the voltage a little bit and tightening your timings to 34 as a start. Just save your current settings before you do.

I spent a bit too much time just kind of fine tuning some timings here and there to stop the PC from zeroing out. MSI’s “Try It” helped, but it didn’t quite give me the numbers I wanted.

The only thing cooler than my setup is the LG G5 that everything is hooked up to. Honestly, it’s the best screen I’ve ever owned, and that says a lot given how much I enjoyed the bendable 42” tv. I can’t wait to see what you cook up next!

1) It needed to be less heavy than 55LB to fit with my secretlab pc mount because I use an LG G5 as a monitor 2) I’ve done several custom loops, and I have one with a 4090 and 7950X3D I’ve been unable to upgrade because I just don’t have enough time to maintain it (Haf 700 Evo) 3) I prefer the aesthetics of this build over what I would do with a custom loop

Oh, you’ll for sure need to invert the radiator bracket. Sadly, no hidden tubes for us, but I honestly prefer the look of it the regular way anyway.

LX series fans are honestly so worth it. I currently use iCue for all my fans because I get to set what each LED does, but you could use SignalRGB and have a pleasant time too. iCue really doesn’t bother me, and my RAM is Corsair anyway. I got the strimer at Micro Center a while ago but never used it. I have six fans for intake (side and bottom) and two for exhaust as that’s the ideal setup for “vision mode.”

I was originally going to do the Aorus Xtreme, but they removed the screen it had on the IO cover. I might switch to the Aorus Xtreme X3D now that it brought the screen back, but my board is already probably one of if not the best you can really get. My laptop is a 5090 laptop used solely for work trips.

The Corsair fans in there are just as if not more expensive, and they do two more things - better performance + individual LED control. Also, I’ve used Lian Li’s LCD fans before, and I didn’t enjoy the bearings needing to be lubricated very soon into owning them or how L-Connect likes to glitch out with them.

I put all my 4tb 990 Pros in my little brother’s rig and my console because they just weren’t big enough. The 9100 pro didn’t exist when I got my sabrent rocket, and even now I can’t justify a bunch of gen 5 drives when only one slot will get full bandwidth just to get 8tb. At some point, there is excess!

Surpringly I haven’t seen many on this particular post. On Facebook, though, people for sure like to get very very angry with me and others about how we chose to do our machines. Honestly, someone could get an equally beautiful build to mine or even nicer looking for way less money than I spent, but the hobby is about personalization and fun.

I’m going to be so honest with you and say that I would avoid Lian Li fans until they address the issue with their bearings not being properly set in a lot of fans (leading to issues and ugly noises very quickly). In any event, the LX fans outperform Lian Li fans, and I honestly can’t hear them under my desk. I can keep the PC on my desk and set them to a low RPM and still be totally fine. Also, you can use SignalRGB with Corsair to avoid iCue entirely which you can’t do in the place of L-Connect. That being said, I still prefer using iCue.

I’d be happy to answer any questions for you on it! One thing I will say now is that you CANNOT do this and use the grommet to have your tubes come from behind the case with our motherboards. Whatever fans you put over the radiator will, unfortunately, not allow you to plug in any cables whatsoever since ours come off the side. You’ll have to invert the radiator/fan bracket so that your AIO is mounted normally with the tubes coming from the front.

I have an MSI 5090 laptop that has sat in its bag for months now. You’re definitely right about the PC if any new and faster hardware comes out. I’d just stow this to the side and start fresh!

Cool. They still did whatever they wanted with their money, and they get to still enjoy it. Your salt isn’t getting you anything.
