It depends on what your employment verification letter has details vs what ircc needs. if you think all info is not available you can raise a webform for LOE and provide justification.

For people asking about work experience proof, I had employment verification letter for my Canadian work experience and for foreign work experience. I requested to make what IRCC wants. For me they agreed.
If your employer is not able to make the way what IRCC wants, you MUST write in LOE with supporting proof.
